Terms of service
(Effective October 6, 2026)
These terms govern use of AGHC's websites and software, including DepositDesk. Another Global Holding Co. is operated by Sawyer Norman in Utah, USA.
(01)Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (DepositDesk Founding Broker: $29/month). Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
(02)Refunds
If you're unhappy, email us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund.
(03)Acceptable use
Don't misuse, resell, or reverse engineer the software, or use it for unlawful purposes.
(04)No professional advice
DepositDesk is a calculation aid. You are responsible for verifying figures and for underwriting and lending decisions.
(05)Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AGHC's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
(06)Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
(07)Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
